World Cup Soccer comes to the OC
The FIFA World Cup in South Africa starts tomorrow morning, so I figured with so many kids and adults playing soccer now, a few links to World Cup information is in order!
If your kids are in a soccer team, why not make it a party and watch the USA vs. England game this Saturday on TV?
Tomorrow evening, ABC will be airing the kickoff celebration at 8pm.
But if you plan to watch the games live, be prepared to wake up early each morning, because of the difference in time, many games start in the early morning. Many local bars, pubs and restaurants will be open early televising them live! For example the ESPN Zone in Downtown Disney among many others in Orange County. The Fast Food Maven of the OC Register put up a good list of places to watch them live. Of course you can watch them at home live on ESPN and ABC.
