Music, food & aerial performances at OC Great Park
The Orange County Great Park in Irvine this Saturday July 9th, will be having a special event called “Growing The Park 2011“!
If you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t visited The Great Park, I’d say attending this event would be a great start. They plan on having music, food and entertainment, including some cool aerial performances.
And just in case you’re still in the mood for more fireworks, they will conclude the event with a fireworks finale at 9pm!

Time: 3pm-9:30pm
Cost: Parking and admission is free!

Directions: Please note that there are special directions for this day, from their website: “Please use our special entrance at Jeffrey and Trabuco (red waypoint) for Growing the Park 2011 (instead of our entrance at Sand Canyon and Marine Way). From the 5 freeway, take exit 97 for Jeffrey Rd. From the 405, take exit 4 for Jeffrey Rd/University Dr.”
Note that the Park will be closed July 7-10 except during Growing the Park event. Balloon closed all week.
