Cash for Appliances program starts today in California

I wasn’t sure if I should post this offer since its been all over the news. But if you haven’t heard about it, California is offering up to $200 in rebates when you purchase a new refrigerator, washer or other eligible appliance. Of course you’ll need to recycle your old appliance too, which many retailers will haul away for free. But add other local utility rebates that your electric company offers as well as store rebates and watch the savings increase!
