Blessing of the animals at Olvera St in LA
A colorful and family event will take place today in Los Angeles at Olvera St. in downtown. Its the annual Blessing of the Animals. Free admission and bring your pet! If you’re an animal lover this event is for you!
According to Olvera Street’s website, “In the past, cows, cats, dogs, snakes, pigs, sheep, goats, donkeys, horses, opossums, hamsters, birds, monkeys, llamas, camels, hamsters, chickens and peacocks and several other varmits have graced Olvera Street.”
Event takes place today April 3, from noon to 5pm.
